The Problem

PINS came to us because they were planning a rebrand and needed our support to implement them across their digital channels. Their website needed to represent their updated brand guidelines.

Due to our experience assisting local businesses with their online branding, we were the perfect choice to take on this task.

The Solution

Website design & SEO

The branding work for their website began when they sent us their extensive new brand guidelines. Our web design team analysed these new guidelines and began planning how best to incorporate them into their existing website.

The general tone of voice and aesthetic of the new branding was one of playfulness, innovation, and a strong sense of humour

The new designs were regularly fed back to the team at PINS for feedback to ensure the finished product represented their desires.

After the branding was completed by our web design team, the website was passed onto our SEO team so they could implement on-page SEO throughout. This involved rewriting the content to be more SEO-friendly, consequently helping it to rank higher in the search results. This combination of quality web design and tailored SEO is an effective way to help our clients become visible to new audiences.


To top off the rebranding process, we developed updated email signatures for PINS staff coordinated with the new brand guidelines.

This way, the values and aesthetics of the rebrand extend beyond the website, and will be visible to anyone who contacts the PINS team – from clients to customers.
