Meet Paalan Sood

The driving force behind Sood.

Started Sood in 2017 because he thought businesses deserved better from their agencies. Paalan is the person who gets to know your business before anyone recommends anything. He stays involved in client relationships, thinks commercially about growth, and has a habit of spotting opportunities that weren't on the agenda. If you've been referred to Sood, the first conversation will probably be with him.

What do you actually do day to day?

Talk to clients, mostly. What's changed in their business, what's coming up, what we should be doing about it. The rest is making sure the team has what they need and looking for the next opportunity for the people we work with.

Tea or coffee, and how do you take it?

I'm really into the Green Tea with a little bit of agave.

What are you watching, reading or listening to right now?

I'm obsessed with the Harry Potter audio books.
