What do you use to design a website?
All of our websites are built on WordPress – a highly accessible and versatile platform through which our clients can easily maintain and update their websites independently. WordPress is incredibly search engine-friendly and comes with thousands of additional plugins whose tools and features dramatically boost the functionality of any website. We utilise Elementor for WordPress, which utilises a simple click-and-drag design system that any client can easily use to make simple edits while our web design team handles the more technical aspects.
Ultimately, WordPress gives us complete control over the design and functionality of a website, allowing us to craft ones that are distinct and tailored to each client’s individual needs.
Will I be able to easily edit my website after it has been built?
Yes, in most cases we use WordPress along with the Elementor website builder to create our sites. These are extremely accessible as they allow the user to use a simple drag & drop technique to make any changes they would like. Upon completion, we will provide you with a handover guide and video tutorials on how this is done, and will always be here to support you if you come across any problems.
What’s the cost of a website?
Every website is different and will include a different variety of plugins and features depending on its purpose. We will give you an estimate on the cost of your website after an initial meeting where we discuss what you would like to incorporate. We do not display our prices here as each project is tailored to perfectly match the specifications of the client.
Do you redesign existing websites?
Yes, we do! We need to understand your end objective and work out what was good and bad about your previous website. We work with you to come up with a plan, user flows, and custom designs to help you achieve your objectives.
If you do not have any objectives, we can help you to create some based on the reasons why you want to redesign your website.
Do you offer ongoing help with our new site once it’s launched?
If you need our help, we are here for you. We provide regular support and are always here if something goes wrong.
Once the website is handed over to you, it is completely yours. You can use our video guides and written directions for guidance on how to manage it.
The website belongs to you, and we encourage you to take care of it long-term. However, if you don’t have the time to do so, we can certainly help!

Yes, we can convert your existing website into WordPress to make it easier for you to use and edit. We can either keep the design the same or give your website a revamp, guided by our graphic design team.

The time it takes for your website to be developed will vary depending on the number of pages and the complexity of the design. We will be able to give you an estimate once the initial design is completed. We work closely with you at every step of the development process so the website accurately reflects your vision.

Can I purchase my own domain?
Of course! If you have already secured the domain for your website, we are happy to take over and begin building for it. If you need help with this or are unsure about the process of buying a domain, we can assist you.

Are there any other costs for my website?
If you host through us, there will be hosting charges which we will discuss with you when you choose your package. There may also be costs for photos if you are unable to provide them yourself. However, we will always do our best to use stock images where possible. No extra costs will come as a surprise to you as we will always make everything crystal clear!
