01. Do you build on Shopify or Shopify Plus?
Both. Shopify is right for most growing brands. Plus makes sense once you need checkout customisation, B2B pricing, multiple storefronts or you're doing serious volume. We'll tell you honestly which you need. Most stores don't need Plus yet.
02. Will I be able to edit my store myself?
Yes. Shopify's admin is one of the easiest to use, and we set every store up so you can add products, change prices, edit pages and run discounts without touching code. We walk you through it at handover and we're on the end of the phone after.
03. How much does a Shopify store cost?
It depends on catalogue size, design, apps and integrations. A straightforward custom store starts in the low thousands; a complex build with subscriptions, B2B pricing or a migration is more. We scope it properly after the first conversation and give you a fixed price, not an estimate that grows.
04. Can you migrate my store from WooCommerce, Wix or Magento?
Yes, and we protect three things on the way: your SEO (a redirect for every URL), your data (products, customers, order history) and your revenue (no downtime at the switch). Migrations are where stores lose rankings when they're rushed. We don't rush them.
05. What happens after launch?
Whatever you need. Some clients take the store and run it. Others keep us on for CRO, Klaviyo, paid media and SEO so the channels grow together. Either way, someone answers when something breaks.
