With locations in both Liverpool and London, they support businesses across the UK with everything from office relocations and fit-outs to space planning and ergonomic furniture.

Backed by years of experience and a no-fuss, personal approach, Go Green believes that a well-designed workspace is fundamental to the success of any business.

The Problem

Go Green needed a website that reflected who they are now, not just what they used to offer. While providing office furniture is one of their core offerings, their real value lies in their full suite of workplace services, like space planning, move management, and sustainable office solutions.

The problem with their old website is that it looked too much like a furniture showroom. Our goal was to shift the focus from products to services, helping potential clients understand the bigger picture of what Go Green can deliver.

We started with a template design built in Elementor, giving us the flexibility to refresh the layout while keeping things efficient and cost-effective. We updated the colour palette to align more closely with their branding, creating a cohesive look across the site. The visual changes alone made a big impact, but it was the structure behind the scenes that made the real difference.

One of the biggest challenges was navigation. The old menu heavily emphasised office furniture, with an extensive dropdown of products that gave the impression Go Green was purely a furniture supplier. On top of that, important services were buried or missing altogether. We redesigned the header to introduce a clean, modern sticky menu that keeps navigation visible at all times. We also created a dedicated “Services” dropdown, which brought clarity and structure to their core offerings.

This restructure included the addition of new service pages – like Space Planning, Move Management, and Sustainable Office Solutions – that hadn’t existed on the site before. We wrote full copy for these pages, keeping the tone in line with their previous pages and branding. These additions were crucial for SEO and helped communicate the full scope of what Go Green can do. The changes weren’t just visual, they were backed by data, with our SEO team playing a major role in building a new, optimised sitemap that supports this service-led approach.

We also removed the Shop page from the main navigation. While Go Green still provides furniture, this move helped reinforce their positioning as a service-first company, not an e-commerce store. Instead, we gave Case Studies a more prominent spot in the header. These stories do a fantastic job of showing how Go Green’s services play out in the real world, so we made sure they weren’t hidden in a dropdown anymore.

To drive engagement and conversions, we also added clear CTAs (calls to action) throughout the site. These prompts encourage visitors to explore services, get in touch, or request quotes, helping convert casual visitors into genuine leads.

The new Go Green site doesn’t just look better, it works better, too. It reflects who they are now: a modern, service-led business helping companies across the UK build sustainable, productive workspaces.
