What we do
Your product looks incredible on the shelf. Your website should match.
Why it happens
You've spent months on the recipe, the sourcing, the production. The packaging looks beautiful. The product is genuinely good. And then someone scans the QR code, or a buyer Googles you, or you send a stockist your website link, and what they find doesn't match the quality of what's in the jar, the bottle, or the box.
What we do
For FMCG and food & drink brands, the website isn't just a nice-to-have. It's how retailers decide whether you're worth stocking. It's how customers decide whether to reorder. It's how press, buyers, and partners form their first impression of whether this is a serious brand or a hobby project. Your product already does the hard work. Your website should too.
FMCG & food brands
Who we've built for.
Three food and drink brands at three different stages, from kitchen table to national distribution.
What it takes
What FMCG and food brand websites need
In this sector the website isn't a nice-to-have. It's how retailers decide whether you're worth the shelf space.
View projects01. It needs to make people want the product
This is the non-negotiable. Before features, before stockist finders, before the brand story, the first impression has to be visceral. Great photography, confident design, and a feeling that says: this is worth trying. If someone lands on the site and doesn't immediately understand what the product is and why it's good, the website has failed.
02. It needs to convince retailers you're serious
Buyers and stockists check your website before they reply to your email. A clean, professional site with proper product photography, clear descriptions and a consistent brand says this belongs on our shelves. A one-page site with an Instagram link and a phone number says the opposite.
03. It needs to connect every touchpoint
Your label, your website, your social media, your market stall and your packaging all need to feel like one brand. That's harder than it sounds when different things were designed at different times by different people. We design the lot.
04. It needs to grow with the brand
Mama Sood's started with a label and a website. Now there's a van, a gazebo, retail partnerships, TikTok content and an expanding range, and the site has evolved at every stage. FMCG websites aren't set-and-forget.
05. Photography is everything
More than in any other sector, the photos do the selling. A food or drink brand without good product photography is invisible online. We plan shoots around what the website, social media and packaging all need, so one shoot gives you a consistent look that lasts months.
How we work
From launch to ongoing.
Some brands come to us at the start, they need a name, a label, and a website before they can sell anything. Others come to us when they've outgrown their first site and need something that matches where the brand is now. And some, like Spirit of Manchester, need a team managing the site on an ongoing basis so it stays current without the founder having to think about it. We do all three. The same team that designs your label can build your website, manage your content, and keep everything looking like one brand as you grow from markets to retailers to national distribution.

Testimonials
What our clients say about our work.
Paalan understands my business. He not only does the marketing, he advises what's actually needed, what we should and shouldn't be doing.
He refers, thinks bigger, has business chats about growth. It's more than just marketing - it's a business consultant that goes out, networks, learns and feeds that information and network back to you.
