The mission
Six years, three websites, one partnership.
RJ Woodworking Machinery has been selling woodworking machinery for over thirty years. Richard has built the company into one of the UK's most respected suppliers - stocking new and used machines from industry leaders like SCM Group, Sedgwick and Cehisa, with nationwide delivery, installation, commissioning, finance, and ongoing support.
The problem
When Sood started working with Richard in March 2020, he needed a website that could do the operation justice and a marketing partner who would stick around long enough to understand how the business actually works.
The solution
This is not a story about a single project. It is about six years of continuous partnership.
Sood manages the marketing on an ongoing basis - SEO, social media, and the website itself. On search, the team makes sure the site ranks for the terms that actually drive revenue in a specialist, competitive market. On social, consistent content keeps RJ Woodworking front of mind with buyers whose purchasing cycle can be months long.
Over six years, Sood has built three versions of the website. Each one better than the last, not because the previous one was wrong, but because every version is informed by what was learned together. What pages convert. What products get searched for. Where people drop off. What questions buyers actually ask.
The third and latest version, launching April 2026, takes all of that accumulated knowledge and puts it into a more modern, conversion-led site designed to turn visitors into sales more effectively than ever.

6

Working together since March 2020.
3

Each version informed by what was learned together.
30+
Years in business
One of the UK's most respected machinery suppliers.
2026

The results
The most honest measure of this relationship is that it is still going. Six years. No drama. No issues. Just steady growth alongside a business that cares deeply about the quality of what it does.
The business is in a stronger position now than when Sood started. The site is more capable, the SEO is more mature, and the social presence keeps the brand visible in a market where trust and familiarity win the sale.
